I recently read this article about Blackberry Farms from Town & Country and loved the photos, I just had to post. Blackberry Farms is a luxury resort in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains of eastern Tennessee. Unfortunately, I have not visited this spectacular place, but my parents have and they said it was truly amazing. Not only is the scenery to die for.. like a Southern "Downton Abbey", but the chef is phenomenal and there are 2 different cookbooks dedicated to Blackberry Farms cuisine.
